Nebraska City's Super China Buffet is haunted by a little boy who commit suicide.  His parents had renovated the place into a hardware store and named it after him.

Omaha's Lynch Park is said to be haunted by several entities, negative and positive.

Bellwood Elementary School items will be moved around and sometimes you can see what looks to be a severely burned woman through the library window.

Columbus High School had a janitor that died of a heart attack after school one day.  You can hear doors slamming and machinery turning on when no one is working.

Lincoln's Capital Building has entities all over the building and several stories (not proven) of several workers who have died in the building.  My first tour of the capital was by an art instructor I once had.  She used to work in the capital building and said she will never go to the basement again for reason's she wouldn't tell us.
